Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds initiated after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. If the product is damaged, covered in smells and/or pet hair, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Note that due to the handmade nature of the goods, no refunds or exchanges will be made due to variations in color, size, shape and reasonable flaws in craftmanship inherent with handmade items.
After I receive your item, I'll inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Items are required to be returned in the original packaging and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
