When will my order ship?

​Thank you for purchasing one of my creations!

Every physical item will be packed very carefully and protected against elements of nature to make sure your items get delivered to your doorstep the way it left my place!

Please allow 3 business days for order processing, weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery/Shipping times will vary according to location and the shipping option selected by the customer at checkout. At this time, I do not ship internationally.

The longest you should have to wait for a package to arrive is 7-10 business days

What is your Exchange Policy?

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

I accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges initiated after 14 days will not be eligible.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. If the product is damaged, covered in smells and/or pet hair, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

I accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds initiated after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Note that due to the handmade nature of the goods, no refunds or exchanges will be made due to variations in color, size, shape and reasonable flaws in craftmanship inherent with handmade items.

After I receive your item, I'll inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Items are required to be returned in the original packaging and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

What type of yarn do you use?

I'm so glad you asked!

As a yarn obsessed person who might also be considered a bit of a yarn snob I'm very particular about what yarns I use.

My very favorite yarns to use are 100% cotton and OEKO-TEX certified so we both know that they're safe, sturdy, and snuggly.

This quality of yarn does cost quite a bit more, however I strongly feel the value is obvious when it comes to texture and durability.

The comments I receive the most when people handle my items are "wow, this yarn is amazing", "how do you get your dolls so sturdy", "these stitches are so tight!". It's all in the yarn and technique, I hope you can appreciate the difference with me!

How do I care for my new doll?

Your doll is meant to be played with and loved to the fullest! With that there will be times when they need a little TLC to keep them looking (and smelling) their best.

Since they're made of 100% cotton and filled with Polyfil, I highly suggest you handwash in a mild detergent solution in cold water and lay flat to dry with a small fan on them to help speed the drying process up and prevent any interior molding from forming.

If you absolutely must put them in a washing machine it should NOT have an agitator. Place them inside a laundry bag and wash on a delicate cycle, cold water, and only use about a tablespoon of detergent in the cycle. Then follow by air drying on a flat surface with a small fan on them to speed the drying process and prevent any interior mold from forming.

When properly cared for, your doll will last a lifetime!

How do I care for my crocheted earrings?

Like any other costume jewelry, your handmade crochet jewelry and accessories will inevitably wear and tear. But with proper care and storage, you can make your handmade jewelry pieces last longer.

Here are a few tips:

  • Avoid wearing perfume over your jewelry pieces.
  • Your earrings are not waterproof, avoid getting them wet. Remember to take them off when showering or swimming.
  • If you must clean the crocheted components of your earrings, you can gently spot clean your earrings with unscented baby wipes.

Do you take custom orders?

Sure do!

If you have seen an item at market, on my instagram, or an item is out of stock on the website and you'd like to order it just reach out through the contact page or at rosybyrach@gmail.com. If there is a color palette you'd like to swap on an item that's totally doable and falls under the custom order umbrella.

Items that are made to order do take a longer processing time in order to give me ample time to make your item absolutely perfect. I ask that you give me 2-3 weeks processing time to design and make your item before it ships.

Do you repair crochet items?

This is an area I'm interested in opening my work up to. If you have an item you would like repaired, reach out to me via email with images included so I can get an idea of what can be done to help.

I'm happy to help and can give you a quote on repair costs and reasonable expectations for the end result.
